is it the brewery site? If it is I have a feeling that it is about to be developed into something about as usefull as it is right now. Have a worrying feeling about this site, lets hope they do a better job than with QV's public spaces, any way I shouldn't bag the developer I just don't want to see a 150 storey monstrosity in the university quarter(don't know if we call it that, I might have just coined a phase, haha) Have you noticed that from parts of melbourne that you could never see the city you can see Eureka Tower.

yes, it is the brewery site.
a 150-storey monstrosity should not be built there for sure.
what do you think should happen there though ?
is there a place/experience typology you feel is missing in melbourne CBD and you would like to see happen at this site ?
