I LOVE Lygon Street,
There's a great variety of restaurants and cafes with a beautiful set up, the restaurants open until late and some cater my student budget!
It's good even just to sit at the park, very accommodating for hanging out with friends as there are also shops, and cinema.
For quick lunch/dinner I usually go to the ones closer to home such as Ying Thai, Lazaat or Toto's but for more special occassion then I'd go to the busy end of Lygon street.

what about Lygon Street constitutes the "beautiful set up" that you mention ?
is it just the affordability and variety it offers or is it more ?
what other places do you love going to as much as lygon street ?
