I feel that the QV Square is unwelcoming and a waste of space in the middle of what could have been 'for the people'. My reasons are that there really is no where to sit to eat lunch apart from in the surrounding businesses, which is fine as long as you have the money to pay for your lunch, or heaven forbid, bring your own lunch along. I realize that it was a private development and the retail tenants want you to spend your money in their outlets but 'why even call it a square, it's a wide pedestrian crossing!!!

do you think people visit QV "Square" regardless of this fact ?
where do you see most people gathering among all the retail outlets (or food court) in QV ?
who are these people and what do you think attracts them there ?
